Recovery is not a break in your progress: it is part of it. A rested body better assimilates training, regains its energy and approaches the next session with greater quality.

Start at the end of the session

Finish gradually rather than stopping suddenly. A few minutes of calming down, slower breathing and gentle mobility movements help the body change rhythm. Rehydrate yourself and plan a balanced meal adapted to the intensity of the effort.

01

Sleep

A regular routine and calm environment promote physical and mental repair.

02

Mobilize

Gentle movements maintain range of motion without adding new muscle strain.

03

Alternate

Place a light activity between two demanding sessions to maintain your regularity.

Make sleep your priority

Sleep remains one of the most powerful levers of recovery. Keep your schedule as regular as possible, reduce stimulation before bed and observe your energy level when you wake up. Persistent fatigue is a signal to heed, not an obstacle to ignore.

Training more only helps if your body has time to adapt.

Learn to adjust

Unusual stiffness, reduced desire, disturbed sleep or stagnant performance may indicate a need for additional recovery. Occasionally replace an intense session with walking, gentle aqua or stretching. This flexibility protects motivation in the long term.
