Like a fish in water
You may not know it, but swimming is highly recommended from the age of 3. Starting aquatic lessons at an early age allows for a smooth transition to learning to swim, often at the age of 6. The primary objective: (re)discover the environment and the joys of water at your own pace through play and meetings between little swimmers.
Gentle immersion
The Kids Splash session at Mouratoglou Country Club offers you the opportunity to support your child's development through swimming. On the program? Group activities with the presence of one of the two parents. Discovering the aquatic element, feeling like you're floating, being able to move around and even go underwater... What a program for our little budding swimmers! The initiation is done in 3 stages: making contact with water, gentle immersion and finally autonomy.
The benefits of Kids Splash
The aquatic element reminds the infant of pregnancy. New behavior, new sensations, the child creates new proprioceptive cues and improves his postural attitude.
He enriches his basket of benchmarks and begins to understand self-control: breathing, contact with others, managing novelty... So many new things which, thanks to the presence of parents, promote the beginnings of autonomy necessary for his development.
Group sessions are an opportunity to observe, meet and imitate through collective games: ideal early socialization for the future.

The Kids Splash program welcomes children to the Mouratoglou Country Club in Biot, in a secure sports environment in the heart of Sophia Antipolis. The sessions promote learning, confidence and the pleasure of moving.
