Pronounce “Pa-dèl”

You don’t know padel yet? Let yourself be seduced by this most entertaining racket sport! Come try the experience and understand why its popularity is only growing. A booming sport of the future, padel has the advantage of bringing together other racket sports in a single game: tennis, squash, table tennis, Basque pelota... The lightness and maneuverability of the "pala" (370 grams) are reminiscent of a ping-pong racket.

Unlike a tennis racquet, a padel racquet has no strings: it has a solid rubber surface with holes. The enclosed padel court is smaller than a tennis court, encouraging fast, close-range rallies between doubles teams. Scoring follows the same system as tennis, with matches played over two sets of six games. A match lasts around 50 minutes on average.

Rules of the game

Only the service is imposed: in a spoon with a bounce before hitting it. Then it's up to you to play as you wish: volleying, after the wall, after the fence, taking the ball out of the court, anything goes!

For whom

Friendly and accessible to all, padel is a real fun intergenerational sport: intensity of play guaranteed!
